How do I set up my class packages?
Go to Settings → Packages from your main dashboard. There you can create as many packages as you want: set how many classes each one includes and the price. For example: "5 classes — $1,000 MXN". You can enable and disable packages at any time without affecting packages already sold.
Each package has a maximum session duration that you control. If you want to offer 45- and 90-minute classes, create a separate package for each duration.
How do I share my booking link?
On your main dashboard you'll see your personal link — something like agendaprofe.com/b/your-name. Copy it with the "Copy link" button and share it wherever your students find you: WhatsApp bio, email, Instagram, or anywhere else.
With that link, students can see your availability, choose a package, pay, and book their classes — all without any action from you.
How do payments work?
You can enable one or both payment methods from Settings → Payments:
- Card (Stripe) — the student pays by card at the time of booking. The money goes directly to your bank account; AgendaProfe never holds or touches the funds.
- Bank transfer (Wise) — the student receives instructions to send you a transfer. Once you receive it, you log in and confirm the payment manually. The booking activates when you confirm it.
You can have both active at the same time — the student chooses which they prefer when purchasing.
How do I install the Android app?
Download the APK from agendaprofe.com/download/android. It's not on Google Play yet, so Android will ask you to allow installs from "unknown sources" the first time — accept and open the downloaded file.
Updates arrive automatically when you open the app. You'll only need to re-download the APK when we tell you about a major change.
What do I do when a student cancels?
Go to Classes on your dashboard and find the class. You can cancel it from there. When cancelled, the class is automatically returned to the student's package balance — they don't lose that session.
If the cancellation involves a refund, go to Payments to handle it. Card refunds (Stripe) are processed automatically; transfer refunds (Wise) you handle directly with the student.
If you need to reschedule instead of cancel, cancel the class and ask the student to rebook using their available balance.
